All products are stored at AOGG's Kivenlahti warehouse.

POSTI
Orders are shipped via Posti 6,90€ to your neares box or Posti service point.
Free shipping for orders over 100€. 

PICK-UP
You can choose free pick-up from the AOGG gyms (Erottaja / Sörnäinen / Kivenlahti)

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

POSTI

• Shipping takes 1–3 days after processing.

PICK-UP

• Pick-up takes 1-3 days after processing. We will inform you via text message when your order is ready for the pick-up.
• We keep your order in the gym for 2 weeks max.

Please notice that if the product is available via pre-order, the delivery time will take 2-3 weeks.

RETURNS

• You can return your product free of charge to your nearest AOGG gym. Please notify us first by emailing info@artofgroundgames.com before making your return.
• For returns via shipping, a €5 return fee applies, which will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

• You can always exchange for free of cost.
• Contact us first at info@artofgroundgames.com and we will check if the new size is available. Please note that we keep fairly small stocks in our warehouse and may need to order a new batch, which can take a little longer.
